AYER ROCK POLICY

  1. PAYMENT POLICY:
    THE AVERAGE BASIC RATE FOR THE USE OF OUR ROOMS AND FACILITIES UNLESS OTHERWISE NEGOTIATED WITH MANAGEMENT IS DISPLAYED AT RECEPTION. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE GUESTS TAKES OCCUPATION FOR THE FULL DURATION OF STAY OR FOR ANY EXTENSION OF STAY
    WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
  2. RESERVATION POLICY:
    A RESERVATION CAN ONLY BE CONFIRMED ONCE A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. FAILURE TO PRESENT A DEPOSIT WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESERVATION MADE.

    POSITIVE ID MUST BE PRESENTED ON CHECK IN

    A RESERVATION IS BINDING ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. YOU AND AYER ROCK GUESTHOUSE ARE THEN REGARDED AS HAVING AGREED TO A CONTRACT.

  3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
    IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS BEFORE OCCUPANCY IS TAKEN, THEN THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BECOME DUE. A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE ROOM RATE WILL BE LEVIED ON CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 24HOURS

  4. KEY POLICY:
    GATE REMOTES CARRIES A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF R200. ALL KEYS TO BE RETURNED TO RECEPTION OR PLACED IN KEY DROP BOX FAILING WHICH GUEST WILL BE LIABLE FOR RECOVERY COSTS .
